I can’t register. What should I do?

First, double check that you entered your information correctly. If you’re sure everything is right, contact your school counselor. Tell your counselor:

• The exact steps you took
• The details you entered.
• If you got any error messages.

Note: If you’re 12 years old or younger, your school has to create a Student Account for you.  You can’t create an account yourself until you’re at least 13 years old.
