I think I had a Student Account before, but I’m not sure. Can I create a new Student Account?

There are some steps you can take if you’re not sure what the status of your Student Account is.

  • If you think you remember your username and password, try to sign in.
  • If you think you remember your username but not your password, check out our tutorial on how to reset your password.
  • If you don’t get the email to reset your password or you don’t remember your username and/or password, you may still need to register your Student Account. The best place to start that process is to our Account Lookup Tool.
