I got an “Access Denied” red error flag. What can I do?

If you see Access Denied or another error, you might have multiple CaliforniaColleges.edu tabs or windows open. Follow these steps to try to fix the problem.  

  1. Close all your tabs and windows. 
  2. Go to our What Is My IP page
  3. Click Reset client device
  4. Click Go to home page.
