Why isn’t the page working like it’s supposed to?

First, try clearing your browser’s cache. The browser cache keeps things it downloads once for faster page views, in case they’re needed again. 

When certain updates are pushed through, the code is changed and some previously downloaded items may no longer appear properly or certain features may not work as expected, such as partially loaded or badly formatted pages, or buttons that suddenly don’t work. These aren’t always cache problems, but it happens often enough that clearing cache is a good first troubleshooting step for most website issues.
